A few of you may wonder what I look like. Here is a picture taken in March, 2004, at my 67th birthday party.

Both cats are new to me, although they are "seniors". They came from
Caring for Creatures here in Palmyra, VA. They came with names
already. They do not want them changed.
Zoie is pictured here. She is 16.

Abbie is 12. She was unhappy that I rotated her chair 90° to take
the photo.
Taking a good picture of an all-black cat is a lot more difficult than you
might think. My "automatic" camera went crazy; it was unable to either
focus or get a light reading.
