Designed and Built by Peter Hartel, Sauerland, Germany
An overview of the bridge, from the western bank. The railroad curves
north-west to the mail train station. The bridge is in line with the
cathedral.

Close up of the piers and the back of an end abutment.
* * * The original bridge had statues flanking the
entrance. OK, not green. * * *
A closer look at the connection of the metal spans with the piers. AVs know such a connection is not easy to do this well.

The original bridge. * * *
Another view. * * *
The modern bridge, showing the location of the main rail station and the
cathedral.
There are many pictures of this bridge on the Internet.
Perhaps Meccano will find merit in this modern design.

The pictures
of the current bridge are bright, clear and, from an Anchor point of view,
uninteresting.
The pictures of the older version of the bridge are not as clear and bright, but
much more interesting for Anchor builders.
