Reid standing next to his version of the Bern Cathedral, built in December, 1988. This cathedral was the last of the "Christmas buildings". Reid wrote that the building's design came "the C.V.A catalog". In fact, it is an Edouard Wyttenbach design, Opus 3 -- Münster von Bern, designed in 1939.

This building is another of the AV Wyttenbach designs. It is Opus 6, Villa 1 - Seeblick. The design was created in 1942, and Reid and Paul built it as the Christmas building in 1987.
